ESTIMATOR

The Estimator will prepare cost estimates for single family detached and attached construction projects; calculate and process Change Orders; solicit and obtain bids and proposals; facilitate cost management; produce and distribute Purchase Orders; and, work independently and cross departmentally to reduce costs without negatively impacting quality or timeliness of construction. CONSTRUCTION ASSISTANT

The Construction Assistant will assist the Construction Manager in ensuring the quality of each Old Town build; adherence to the construction schedule and job readiness; job site cleanliness; completion of punch list items; jobsite safety; and, facilitating communication as required with vendors, independent contractors and homeowners.
